We’re seeking a compassionate and strategic leader to join BaptistCare as the Residential Manager at our Gracewood Centre in Kellyville. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our aged care home, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure the highest standards of care and service for our residents. You’ll manage budgets, drive occupancy, and foster a culture of dignity, safety, and excellence.
Lead and support clinical and non-clinical teams
Manage budgets, occupancy, and AN-ACC funding streams
Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act 2024 and the Strengthened Quality & Safety Standards
Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and staff development
Promote a resident-focused culture and continuous improvement
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders

You’re a strategic and compassionate leader and possess the following:
You hold a degree in Nursing or Allied Health - a post graduate degree is highly desirable
You have at least 5 years clinical and 5 years management experience in aged care or health
You have demonstrated leadership in residential homes with more than 100 beds
You have strong financial acumen and understanding of AN-ACC and aged care funding
You are an excellent communicator with exceptional problem solving and relationship skills
You demonstrate a commitment to BaptistCare’s values and purpose
