Our Candidate Portal allows you to log in at any time and view the status of your application, however we will always do our best to update you on the progress of your application within 10 business days.
You can confirm, at any time, that your application was completed, by doing any of the following:
- Check your email for a confirmation message that mentions the specific job that you applied for.
- Log in to your candidate account using your email address and password, and view submitted applications
Yes, you can withdraw at any time. To do so, login to the Candidate Portal, view the submitted application/s you’ve made, and click on the ‘Withdraw’ button. A notification will be sent to the relevant Talent Acquisition Partner advising them of your withdrawal.
Under BaptistCare’s Aged Care Labour Agreement, sponsorship can be extended to certain Care Workers or Care Service Employees within our Residential Aged Care business stream, as well as to Registered Nurses where demand requires.
For those seeking sponsorship as Care Service Employees within our Home Care services, you are welcome to apply directly for these roles if you have current working rights in Australia. Please note though that we prioritise our sponsorship allocations on current staff.
For Registered Nurses, we require all applicants to have obtained their AHPRA registration before we can consider employment and offer visa sponsorship in a nursing occupation.
