Flourish offers fully confidential, free services for our employees and their families in various areas.
These include:
Counselling is available on a range of subjects like, but not limited to, feeling of isolation, family upheaval, relationships, worries anxiety, depression, domestic violence, financial counselling and gambling help.
Spiritual support is open to anyone from any religious background, through phone and video calls to encourage spiritual well-being. Where relevant, chaplains may also gauge who requires medical assistance or counselling, and can guide people to find help.
This service offers nutrition and lifestyle advice through trained professionals, including information on sleep, resilience, mindfulness or addictive behaviours to help employees address stress and find lifestyle balance.
This service offers employees professional learning and development through access to webinars, courses and information from our Learning & Development department, as well as career coaching advice through external providers to help employees plan and develop their career.
Money management assistance is available, to help employees work through any financial concerns or worries they may have.
Employees can access up to two sessions of legal support and advice across issues like family law, tenancy/renting, real estate and consumer disputes, should they require legal assistance.
