What is the JOIN Bonus?
We want to encourage exceptional staff to JOIN the BaptistCare team. Permanent full-time and permanent part-time staff who join BaptistCare between 1 March 2023 and 31 August 2023 are eligible for two bonus payments:
- $600 paid after working for us for 6 months
- $600 paid after working for us for 12 months
Eligibility
To be eligible for the JOIN Bonus, staff must:
- Begin employment between 1 March 2023 and 31 August 2023
- Be employed under the Care Service Employee classification explained in the BaptistCare NSW & ACT Aged Care Enterprise Agreement 2017 (EA) as a CSE New Entrant, CSE1, CSE2 or CSE3
- Be employed permanently – either permanent full-time or permanent part-time
- Remain employed with BaptistCare permanently for six months from the hire date to qualify for the first payment
- Remain employed with BaptistCare permanently for 12 months from the hire date to qualify for the second payment
