About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic Senior Commercial Analyst to join our Business Performance Team on a permanent full-time basis.

As the key Finance support for BaptistCare At Home – one of our largest business streams, you will work cross functionally to influence and support both your manager and key personnel including the General Manager of At Home. The role will be involved with adding value to key decisions and to ensure financial and commercial outcomes are achieved.

The role will leverage on your strong analytical background to deliver key insights into your business stream’s performance and direction based on financial data and industry benchmarks. You will also have the opportunity to utilise your commercial acumen and intellectual curiosity to identify and quantify potential new revenue streams and cost savings.

About the team:

You will be part of a dedicated and experienced team that is tasked with providing accurate and timely financial information, interrogating financial data and generate actionable financial insights that will add value to the organisation.

About you:

• CA or CPA qualified
• Minimum of three years’ analytical experience within aged care, property, social infrastructure provider or similar;
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills;
• Ability to identify key metrics and trends from financial data;
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate key financial messages to colleagues with finance and non-finance backgrounds;
• High financial aptitude, commercial acumen and the ability to analyse financial data from budgets, business plans and valuations;
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships;
• High proficiency in Microsoft excel;
• Genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s Purpose, Vision & Values.
