About the role
Reporting to the Hotel Services Manager, your role is to relieve the Chef Manager as required for planned and/or unplanned leave as required. BaptistCare Residential Care division have 18 residential aged care facilities so travel is a requirement for this role.
You will lead and manage staff and resources efficiently to deliver the highest quality and safety in food services, working alongside the Residential Manager.
When not posted to a care home, you will be based at our Illife Centre in Macquarie Park. Tool of trade car can be provided as part of remuneration package
