About the role

BaptistCare Griffith Centre in Griffith, ACT is hiring for two Registered Nurse vacancies:

• Permanent Part Time to cover 67.5 hours a fortnight (9 Shifts)
• 6 months Full-time Maternity Leave contract

Our rate of pay will be based on your previous RN experience and ranges from $38.80-$48.88 + 10.5% super + salary packaging + any applicable penalties

Duties may include

• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating each resident's care needs
• Carry out wide range of Person Centred Care in accordance with Care Plan
• Administer medication, wound dressing and wide range of Person-Centred-Care in accordance with Care Plan

Skills and Experience:

• You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
• Have a minimum of 1-year RN experience in aged care setting
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
• Proven ability to contribute to and work as part of a dynamic team in addition to operating independently
