About BaptistCare Kularoo Centre

Designed in a coastal homestead style, the well-loved centre provides 160 beds catering for all levels of care, including respite, Ageing in Place, dementia, and palliative care.  

About the role

BaptistCare Kularoo Centre is looking for a qualified nurse to deliver high quality, responsive and individualised care. As an RN you’ll plan, organise and implement care in accordance with individual resident care plans and deliver and promote high standards of professional care. An experienced leader, you will provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our care staff.

This vacancy is permanent part time/full-time for morning shifts, working days to be discussed during interview.

We are offering a competitive rate of pay based on your experience as an RN ranging from $37.67-47.46 + super + salary packaging

Skills and experience

• A Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
• Have a minimum of 2 years nursing experience
• Have experience in aged care setting (desired)
• Excellent written & verbal communication Skills
• Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
