About the role:
Located in Busselton, our 99-bed facility is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care with BaptistCare. You will work closely with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to assess individual needs and develop tailored care plans that promote physical and emotional wellbeing. The role includes delivering direct clinical care, overseeing clinical and allied health services, guiding care staff, and supporting the Clinical Manager with evidence-based best practice and quality initiatives across the facility.
PM Shift Times:
- 2:00pm to 10:00pm
- 2:30pm to 9:00pm

About you:
- Registered Nurse with tertiary qualifications and current AHPRA registration.
- Experienced in aged care assessment, service provision, and compliance with legislation and standards.
- Knowledgeable about contemporary aged care issues, AN-ACC, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to analyse, plan, and deliver person-centred care.
- Demonstrates empathy, respect, and a customer-focused approach to residents.
- Able to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and IT skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities and a busy workload.
