About the role:
We are seeking a compassionate and committed Registered Nurse to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexibility across AM, PM, night, and weekend shifts. In this role, you will take the lead in assessing the individual strengths and care needs of residents and developing tailored, person-centred care plans that support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
You’ll play a key leadership role in guiding Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners, ensuring high standards of care delivery in line with clinical requirements and each resident’s personalised care plan. This includes supervising daily care activities, promoting consistency in resident support, and empowering staff to work within their scope of practice.
As a Registered Nurse, you will also be responsible for coordinating clinical and allied health services, contributing to quality improvements across the facility, and working closely with the Clinical Nurse or Manager to embed evidence-based best practices. Your work will help residents live full, meaningful lives by understanding what matters most to them and ensuring that every aspect of care reflects this commitment.

About you:
You are a qualified and fully registered Registered Nurse with AHPRA, ideally bringing at least three years of experience to the role. Your background includes working in aged care or community services, and you have a strong understanding of dementia support. You possess sound knowledge of care assessment and service delivery within the aged and healthcare sectors, and you engage with older people with empathy, respect, and compassion. Your communication skills—both written and verbal—are effective and professional, enabling you to collaborate well with colleagues, residents, and families alike.
