Reporting to the General Manager, Business Development and Property Strategy, the Property Analyst provides high‑quality financial analysis, market insight and due diligence to support BaptistCare’s property growth and portfolio strategy.

You will partner closely with Development, Portfolio, Strategy and external advisors to assess acquisition, redevelopment and strategic opportunities across our national portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Build and maintain robust financial models, feasibility assessments and DCF valuations
  • Support property acquisitions and redevelopment due diligence, including risk and issue management
  • Deliver market research and insights to inform strategic decision‑making
  • Prepare business cases, investment submissions and Board papers
  • Support scenario analysis, pipeline reporting and investment prioritisation
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and manage external consultants
  • Contribute to strong governance, documentation and decision‑making processes

This is a full time maximum term (12 months) role based in our Camberwell office in Victoria with hybrid working arrangements. This role requires monthly travel, nationally.

About You:

You’re commercially minded, detail‑driven and collaborative, with a genuine interest in using property to deliver positive social outcomes.

  • A degree in Property, Finance, Business or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years’ experience in property analysis, valuation, feasibility or advisory roles
  • Strong financial modelling skills (DCF, IRR, feasibility analysis)
  • Experience supporting property development, acquisition or strategic asset planning
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability (Estate Master highly regarded)
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
