About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Administration & Compliance Lead to provide high-level project administration, governance, and compliance support across key Residential and Retirement Living initiatives. Reporting to the GM, Residential Operations Support, this role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered in line with organisational frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.

This is a national-facing role, working with geographically dispersed teams, and requires the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and compliance oversight.  Occasional travel may be required.

About you:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project administration, operational coordination or compliance support roles, ideally within aged care, health or other regulated environments
  • Demonstrated experience supporting compliance-focused projects, contractor management, onboarding processes or similar operational initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of the New Strengthened Aged Care Standards and broader regulatory compliance requirements
  • Experience using contractor compliance systems (e.g. RapidGlobal, Linksafe), GPSMS, or similar compliance and data management platforms
  • High attention to detail with proven capability in maintaining accurate records, documentation and data integrity
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Procurement, Residential Managers, site teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to support, coordinate and influence geographically dispersed or remote teams to achieve project outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and reporting tools.
  • Sound understanding of contractor validation processes, onboarding requirements and compliance controls within regulated environments.

Highly regarded:

  • Experience working within residential aged care, retirement living or community services environments
