$65.84 per hour + 12% Super + NFP Benefit up to $18,550

About you
You’re a clinical leader who brings out the best in people.
You’re an experienced Registered Nurse who combines strong clinical expertise with the confidence to lead, coach and inspire a team.
You’ll bring:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Care Manager or in a similar aged care leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and contemporary clinical practice
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to confidently prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for person-centred aged care, clinical excellence and continuous improvement
- National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
- Full Australian working rights

About the role
As our Nurse Unit Manager, you’ll be more than a clinical leader — you’ll be a coach, mentor and champion for quality care.
You’ll lead and inspire your clinical team while creating a positive environment where residents feel valued, families feel confident and staff have the support to thrive.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Champion safe, high-quality and person-centred care
- Ensure care is aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Coach, mentor and develop nurses and care staff
- Monitor resident outcomes and coordinate clinical interventions
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and compliance
- Lead quality improvement, audits and risk management initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals
- Support funding assessments and clinical reporting
- Foster a workplace culture built on teamwork, respect, accountability and excellence
