About the role:

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join the team on a 12 Month fixed-term (full-time) contract, with potential for permanency. This exciting opportunity will see you focus and drive the success of the BaptistCare At Home brand across NSW & ACT.

About the team:
Reporting into the Marketing Manager - Home Care, you will be a part of an energetic and growing Marcomms team working in the Aged Care sector.

About You:

You are a determined Marketing professional who loves working in high performing teams.

You are an excellent communicator who prides yourself on your ability to develop and maintain great relationships. You enjoy working independently as well as contributing collaboratively. You thrive and shine when the pressure is on. You have experience working with, and sometimes directing, both designers and stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. People might describe you as being versatile, creative and self-motivated.

You’ve got a mix of agency and in-house experience: customer service meets business first mentality. Importantly, you’re a team player who is driven, creative and passionate about all things Marketing!
