About the Role:

Step into the spotlight as our Head of Digital and become the driving force behind BaptistCare’s digital evolution. This is a senior leadership role reporting into the General Manager, Marketing and Communications and is a rare opportunity for a visionary leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results.  You will lead the reimagining of a future-focused digital ecosystem aligned with BaptistCare’s mission and growth objectives.

You will:

  • Set the vision, inspire your team, and actively drive digital initiatives, balancing leadership with hands-on execution.
  • Use data driven insights, targeted campaigns, and innovative technologies to grow our community and manage daily digital operations.
  • Oversee digital performance, website management, CRM, intranet, SEO, and customer portals, ensuring secure and seamless experiences.
  • Foster innovation, drive digital transformation and empower your team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, IT, and external partners to integrate digital initiatives and achieve strategic outcomes.

About You:

You will bring experience in not only building and leading high performing teams but also in scaling a business through online platforms.

You will demonstrate:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field. 
  • Proven leadership in digital marketing, CRM, web management, and digital transformation.
  • Strategic vision, agility, and a passion for leveraging technology to create positive change.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and team-building skills.
  • Dedication to ongoing learning and staying ahead of digital trends.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity
