About the Role:
We are seeking a Therapy and Leisure Partner to join our team at our 65-bed residential facility in Manjimup. In this role, you will promote the physical and emotional well-being of residents by partnering with them to engage in meaningful daily activities. You will work closely with the allied health team to support residents in maintaining their functional abilities, encouraging them to use and develop skills in ways that are personally meaningful. You will follow residents' care plans and provide person-centred support during therapeutic activities. Additionally, you’ll help ensure all practices comply with Work Health and Safety policies, and you will encourage and support family involvement in daily life.

Shift Pattern:
50 hours per fortnight with flexible weekdays. You will have a rotational weekend shift, working either Saturday or Sunday, but not both.

About You:

• Genuine commitment to providing a customer-centric approach to care
• Thrive in a collaborative and flexible team environment
• Experience with dementia clients and supporting residents in leisure and therapeutic activities preferred but not essential
• Certificate III in Allied Health desirable but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to connect meaningfully with residents and families to support person-centred care
