About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This full time permanent role will be responsible for overseeing and performing the maintenance and property support services at our Gimbawali Place Apartments in Carlingford. The successful candidate will ensure that all buildings, equipment, and grounds are maintained to the highest standards, in compliance with current regulations and BaptistCare’s quality standards. About the Team:
BaptistCare Gimbawali Place Apartments is made up of 162 one, two and three-bedroom apartment for people over 55 and single-parent families who are still in the workforce. Panoramic views of Sydney, Parramatta and Homebush can be enjoyed from some apartment balconies located on floors one, two and three, while our ground floor apartments have an expansive outdoor area.
Gimbawali Place has a central courtyard, children's playground, community space with kitchen on ground level, communal lounge area on level 4, basement carpark, and landscaped surround.
