About the role:

This exciting opportunity will see you working alongside the Marketing Manager – At Home, to implement, optimise and monitor the digital marketing strategy for the BaptistCare At Home business stream. You will also lead the CRM marketing automation to achieve the organisation’s agreed business goals and objectives.

About you:

  • You will have an extensive background in Marketing including demonstrated experience in specialised digital marketing role
  • You can deliver amazing results – on time, on budget, and to a high standard
  • You will have strong CRM marketing automation experience, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
  • You are an excellent communicator who prides yourself on your ability to develop and maintain great relationships
  • You enjoy working independently as well as contributing collaboratively
  • You have experience working with, and sometimes directing, both designers and developers in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment - you thrive and shine when the pressure is on!
  • You are versatile, creative and highly analytical, importantly, you’re a team player who is motivated, creative and passionate about all things digital and CRM
