About the role:
This exciting opportunity will see you working alongside the Marketing Manager – At Home, to optimise and monitor the digital marketing strategy for the BaptistCare At Home business stream. You will also lead the CRM marketing automation to achieve the organisation’s agreed business goals and objectives.

About the team:
Reporting into the Marketing Manager for Home Care, you will be a part of an energetic and growing Marcomms team working in the Aged Care sector.

About you:
You will have an extensive background in Marketing and demonstrated experience in specialised digital marketing role. You can deliver amazing results – on time, on budget, and to standard. You will have strong CRM marketing automation experience, particularly Microsoft Dynamics and are an excellent communicator who prides yourself on your ability to develop and maintain great relationships. You enjoy working independently as well as contributing collaboratively. You thrive and shine when the pressure is on. You have experience working with, and sometimes directing, both designers and developers in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
