About the role:
As a Customer Engagement Centre Advisor, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice welcoming new customers into the BaptistCare community.
From your very first “hello”, you will guide callers with empathy and clarity, helping them understand our services and feel supported every step of the way. You will be part of a centralised team that prides itself on creating genuinely uplifting customer experiences.
We have 2 positions available, 1 x full time maximum term for 9 months and 1 x full time maximum term for 6 months. Please let us know in your application which you would prefer. The role is based at our Norwest office with hybrid working arrangements available ( 2 days in the office and 3 days from home).
What you will do

Building warm, genuine rapport with prospective customers, families, carers, and referrers.

Providing clear, accurate and uplifting information about BaptistCare services.

Following up with the right info, next steps, and resources, by phone, email, or packs.

Logging customer details in our CRM with care and professionalism.

Collaborating with colleagues and internal stakeholders to continuously improve how we do what we do.
