Community Enrolled Nurse

Your Role: 
As a Community Enrolled Nurse servicing clients in the Inner West and South East Sydney area and surrounds, you will deliver high quality clinical care under the direct/indirect supervision of the Registered Nurse that support our clients to remain living at home. You’ll develop genuine connections with our clients and their loved ones and assist them to implement innovative strategies that will optimise their health and well-being and support their independence.  

What do we need from you? 

This full-time position is home-office based with support from the local site office in Strathfield. 

You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience. You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email. 

• Current Enrolled Nurse qualifications with current AHPRA registration
• Current clinical skills with experience in acute or aged care sector
• Previous experience in Community Nursing is highly desirable
• Current Driver’s licence and own vehicle
