About the Role
As a Carer, you’ll enable residents to live well by showing loving care in all that you do. You will:

• Build genuine connections with residents, understanding their needs and preference
• Assist with personal and daily care, including showering, grooming, meals, and mobility
• Support residents in activities that bring joy and meaning to their day
• Encourage choice and independence, always respecting dignity
• Provide feedback to supervisors to ensure care plans reflect changing need

This is a casual role, and we’re seeking carers who can commit to at least three shifts per week across AM, PM and night shifts.
