About the role

BaptistCare Niola Centre is hiring for Care Workers. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate to provide best care to our elderly residents.

Duties may include:

• Provide a wide range of Person-Centered Care
• Assistance in daily living activities
• Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

Skills & experience

• Hold a Cert III Individual Support or equivalent OR willing to complete
• Compassionate in providing best care to elderly communities
• A born listener, you’re genuinely curious to know and understand people
• Your care skills are driven by compassion, and your positive attitude is contagious
