BaptistCare Caloola Centre in Wagga Wagga is hiring for Permanent Part Time (up to 60 hours a fortnight) & Casual Care Workers (Care Service Employee) with plenty shifts to pick up mostly in the afternoon shifts which are 3PM - 9:30PM // 4:30PM - 11:00PM

Duties will include:

• Assistance with a wide range of Person Centred Care in accordance with Care Plan
• Assistance with medication and simple wound dressing
• Assistance with activities under supervision
• Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

Skills & Experience:

• Have obtained Certificate III in Individual Support
• A born listener, you’re genuinely curious to know and understand people
• Your care skills are driven by compassion, and your positive attitude is contagious
• You rally your team, even on challenging days, to problem solve, connect and overcome
