BaptistCare George Forbes House in Queanbeyan NSW, is looking for Care Workers (Care Service Employees) on Permanent Part Time and Casual basis with plenty AM/PM shifts

Duties may include:

• Assistance with a wide range of Person Centred Care in accordance with Care Plan
• Assistance with medication
• Simple wound dressing
• Assistance with activities under supervision
• Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

Skills and Experience:

• You have obtained Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Support) or equivalent
• A born listener, you’re genuinely caring to know and understand people
• Your care skills are driven by compassion, and your positive attitude is contagious
• You rally your team, even on challenging days, to problem solve, connect and overcome
