About the role

BaptistCare Morven Gardens is recruiting for Care Workers (Care Service Employees).  We are looking for individuals who are compassionate to provide best care to our elderly residents. If you don't have the Cert III Individual Support (or equivalent) qualification, you are welcome to apply with willingness to undertake Cert III Individual Support course or join traineeship program

Duties may include

• Provide a wide range of person-centred care
• Assistance in daily living activities
• Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

Skills & experience

• Cert III Individual Support (Desirable)
• Compassionate in providing best care to elderly communities
• A born listener, you’re genuinely curious to know and understand people
• Your care skills are driven by compassion, and your positive attitude is contagious
