About the role

BaptistCare Griffith Centre in ACT is looking for a permanent full-time Care Team Manager. You will be reporting directly to the Residential Manager. Working in conjunction with your manager for all aspects of the day-to-day operations within the clinical care setting. Utilise your clinical expertise, leadership and clear communication skills to oversee the care team. Holds critical role to ensure clinical documentation that support AN-ACC funding model is completed and assist Residential Manager throughout accreditation and auditing process

To be considered, you will need:

  • Registered Nurse registration (AHPRA) with 3-5 years of experience
  • Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) qualification OR willingness to obtain
  • Experience in leading a team in an aged care environment and in a complex clinical care setting.
  • Knowledge to assist internal and external audits – clinical care.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of adult learning principles
