About the role

We’re looking for a dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Kalkarni, our welcoming aged care facility located in Brookton. In this permanent part‑time role, you’ll work 6 hours per week with the flexibility to pick up extra casual shifts when available.

You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person‑centred care that supports each resident’s physical, emotional and social wellbeing. Your day may include assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, household tasks and meaningful daily activities that help residents stay engaged and connected.

About you

You are passionate about providing person‑centred care and enjoy building meaningful relationships with residents. You communicate clearly, work well within a team and contribute positively to a supportive workplace culture. You’re able to adapt to individual needs and engage respectfully with residents, families and colleagues.

Ideally, you hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar), or you are working towards it or willing to obtain it.
