About the Role

BaptistCare Caloola Centre is seeking Carers to join our team on a casual basis. As a Carer, you will get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts.

Duties Include:

  • Providing a wide range of person-centered care in accordance with care plans
  • Assisting with medication and simple wound dressing
  • Supporting activities under supervision
  • Working with each resident to help them continue doing the things they love

Skills & Experience:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or 2nd-year RN student
  • A natural listener, genuinely curious to understand people
  • Compassion-driven care skills and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check or provide current clearance
  • Ability to rally your team, even on challenging days, to problem-solve, connect, and overcome
