About your new role:

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse to join our dedicated residential team at our 110-bed facility in Salter Point. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide leadership in all aspects of clinical care, coordinating the effective assessment, planning, and delivery of services to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents. You will supervise and work collaboratively with the residential care team to deliver person-centered care, act in an advisory and educational capacity, and oversee infection control protocols throughout the facility. This role also requires working in accordance with Baptistcare’s Code of Conduct while promoting safe work practices that align with our work, health, and safety policies and procedures.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you’ll be a Clinical Nurse or an experienced Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and tertiary qualifications in Nursing. You’ll bring strong clinical competency, with the ability to analyse, interpret, and plan care effectively. A genuine commitment to a customer-centric approach is essential, along with the ability to lead and influence a multi-disciplinary team. You’ll also bring:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate clinical teams
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to person-centred care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A solid understanding of care assessment and delivery in aged and health care settings

Roster : Wednesday - Sunday | 8am - 4pm
