About the role

As a Support Facilitator/Educator you will create an environment for genuine loving care to flourish. You will be responsible for supporting our home care workers with their learning needs through face to face or online education. You will develop genuine connections with the care workers and supporting them to provide quality care to our customers that will optimise their health and wellbeing and support their independence.


Skills and experience

  • Holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Experience in facilitating training via online or face-to-face within aged care or similar industry
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards is desirable
  • Current Drivers License 
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well under minimum supervision
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for the purpose of delivering training session to care workers in particular area (within Wagga LGA)
  • Sound written & verbal communication, and computer skills
